The preferred methods for contacting us for Airport Taxi bookings queries is online here on our website by using the Contact us form , email or by WhatsApp instant messaging by selecting the WhatsApp logo on the home page, but you can still call us to.

When booking online, you will receive two separate emails. The first email confirms we have successfully received your booking and we are checking all the information’s submitted. A second email will be sent to you confirming that your booking has been confirmed and stating the cost of the journey.

You can pay by credit/debit card, or by cash directly to the driver on the day. We accept all major cards including American Express as payment.

 

Yes we can provide a paper or digital receipt by email for your work expenses claims.

Yes, the payment is 100% safe, and we do not store your card details on our system.We take payments using Izettle and Sumup Chip & Pin/Contactless card reader terminals.

We do not charge a fee when accepting card payments nor do we charge a booking fee or a service charge.

Should you require a car seat, please provide details in the message box when making your advance booking and we will be happy to meet your requirements.

If requested your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall holding a ‘meet & greet’ board with your name clearly written on it, or (quicker alternative) if you are already familiar with the terminal you can choose to be picked up from the carpark main pickup point. For both options carpark charges apply.

Due to heightened restrictions at UK airports, we are being forced to collect customers from inside the Car Parks as we are no longer permitted to load passengers on the terminal forecourts, we will make a exemption only if one passenger is travelling with minimum luggage.  As a result of this, the price of the car park will be added to the cost of the journey (currently £4.00 minimum for the first 30 minutes (as of 3/1/18)). This is a policy which has been imposed upon us and we thank our customers for their understanding in this matter.

No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We always track your flight and only dispatch your driver once you have landed.

When you travel with us, you’ll travel with approved drivers only. These are the driver who has gone through a strict vetting process. All drivers have a minimum of 10 years experience and undergo enhanced level Criminal Records Bureau checks and tests before being awarded a license to operate a taxi vehicle. Drivers have passed medical checks and hold valid UK driver’s licenses.All cars are checked for safety every six months.

Price quoted is the price you pay.
